Subordinated to Beijing Municipal Drainage Co. Ltd, Water Quality Analysis Center (WQAC) was established in September 2000, and acquired the Certificate of Metrology Accreditation in 2002.

　　The WQAC is a professional analysis lab on sewage and sludge, undertaking quality monitoring task for Beijing Sewage Treatment Plants. The WQAC possesses of various advanced instruments, including GC, IC, ICP, GS-MS, TOC, AAS etc. It has more than 50 employees and involved in a wide range of experiments for more than 130 parameters. such as BOD₅, COD, SS, TOC, TN, TP, NO₃-N, NO₂-N, Heavy metals, Toxic organic substance, Microbe etc.

　　In order to serve clients with accurate and reliable data, "Standard method, careful analysis, precise data, reliable quality" is considered as WQAC’s ideal. Over the past years, the WQAC has ordered more than 400,000 data for BDC and the municipal government for water pollution control and research.

　　The WQAC has a vigorous team with proficient professional skills and rich experiences, We hope by our diligent work,we can contribute more for the water pollution control in the future.
